There are dust filter components at the vents. At the air inlet of the vent, it is welded with 1mm thick and 16 mesh stainless steel mesh, preventing insects and rodent. At the inner side of the vent, it is 20mm thick and 30ppi dust filter. The filter mesh is folded together with the fold type support mesh, and the filter is fixed inside the aluminum frame. The whole dust filter is with modular design, easy for maintenance.

4. Cabinet Structure

4.1 General Structure 

(1)Cabinet External Dimension: 2000*1400*800mm(H*W*D);

   Cabinet Internal Dimension: 1700*1200*600mm(H*W*D)

   Height of cabinet base: 200mm;

   Height of top cover: 80mm

(2)Cabinet material: aluminum, 

    Inside panels: 1.5mm;

Outer panels: 3mm

Insulation between inside panels and outer panels: 20mm insulation, material: PEF

(3)The cabinet is splicing type cabinet. The cabinet roof and base can be disassembled flexibly.

(4)The cabinet outer panels is painted with special outdoor powder : pal7135 grey outdoor powder.

(5)The cabinet has three compartments (MDF- side door, Active equipment- front door and power & batteries compartment- front and side doors). 

(6)The equipment compartment includes standard 19”/21” adjustable rack. 

(7)Battery compartment includes stainless steel shelves 2 mm suitable to carry considerable weight of batteries (slides or fix) ready to install up to three sets of 100 AH.

4.3 Door and Door Limit

(1) Cabinet door options: vertical hinge door, horizontal hinge door. 

(2) The door limit device can limit the door position when it is open. 

(3) The door limit function is automatically activated when the door is open, and should be canceled manually when the door is closed. 

(4) When the door is fully opened, the largest open angle is larger than 95°. If it is horizontal hinge door, it can prevent outside water from flowing into the equipment compartment from the upper side. The bottom edge of the door limit device is higher than the hinge level, which can offer enough operating space.    

(5) After 1000 times open and close operation, the door and door device will have good function and have no excessive wear and tear.

4.4  Grounding

The cabinet include grounding copper bar, 4mm thick, with 10×M6 flare-in nuts, 2×M8 flare-in nuts, 2×M10 flare-in nuts. The grounding bar is nickel plated. The screw is made from copper bar and with passivation surface treatment.

4.5  Theft Proof Design

(1)Theft proof lock

The damage resistance of the theft proof lock conform to Grade C requirement in GA/T 73-2011 “Mechanical anti-theft lock”. One key for each lock, without master key, support padlock.  

(2)The theft proof lock and the door frame use three - point, one - way lock.  

4.6 Connection and Fastening 

(1)The structure and bearing connection use threaded connection with locking device. The foundation bolts for fixing the cabinet use hot galvanized bolts. The connection is strong. 

(2)The rivets and riveting nuts are neatly arranged. The riveting surfaces is free of concave, deforming and damage. 

4.7 Appearance and Surface Treatment 

Outdoor powder coat, with gray color. The coat is anti-shock, anti-aging, anti-solvent, anti-low temperature.

5. Protection

The cabinet is corrosion proof, water proof, dust proof, condensation proof, and wind proof.

6.Lighting and other specs

(1)The lighting for the cabinet can meet the installation and maintenance requirement.

(2)The working voltage of the lamp is -48VDC or 220VAC.

(3)One files holder in active equipment compartment and one in MDF compartment

(4)The life time of the cabinet seal strip is at leat 10 years, and is easy for replacement.
