The outdoor thermostatic battery cabinet is designed to separate the battery working environment in base stations, and to create an individual thermostatic environment for batteries so as to increase the working temperature inside the base station, which is aimed at reducing power consumption and saving cost.
The outdoor battery cabinet is made up of three parts: the thermostatic cabinet, air conditioner, and controller. The thermostatic cabinet with the function of
seal and insulation, which is used for installing batteries, has ventilation for exhausting hydrogen generated by batteries. The thermostatic cabinet can hold 24 2V batteries. The size can be custom made. The air conditioner uses compressor cooling to adjust temperature inside the cabinet. The controller individually controls the temperature of the battery cabinet, to make sure the thermostatic working environment for the batteries so as to ensure the service life of the batteries, and increase the temperature of main equipments and power equipments in the base station so as to reduce power consumption.

1.The temperature inside the thermostatic cabinet can be controlled at the range: 15°C-- 25°C.
2.Through the air conditioner controller, the thermostatic cabinet controller can control and adjust the air conditioner temperature inside the equipment room, and increase the working temperature inside the equipment room to 30°C-- 40°C(the temperature is adjustable).
3.The cabinet can hold 24 2V batteries. (custom made)
4.The cabinet is installed with hydrogen exhaust and ventilation system, which can exhaust hydrogen at time set by the controller, and realize exchange of inside cabinet air and outside cabinet air.
5.The cabinet, with perfect air distribution design, can ensure the temperature of each battery inside the cabinet is constant and consistent.
6.The cabinet is equipped with failure alarm, When system equipment failure is detected, the alarm will start and will be transmitted through the controller to the monitoring center.
7.The cabinet is equipped with open door alarm. When unauthorized person open the door, it will automatically report the alarm.
8.The cabinet has RS485 remote monitoring access port.
9.The cabinet is with good heat insulation function. There’re heat insulation layer installed on the top, bottom, side, front and back of the cabinet. The cable outlet hole has insulating bushing. The hydrogen exhaust circulation system is treated with special technology, which can ensure the seal and heat insulation function of the cabinet is not affected.
