Flexible Assembly Energy Saving Outdoor Telecom Cabinet, Used For Outdoor Various Weathers, Anti-corrosion Powder Coating
The Outdoor Telecom Cabinet, made from metallic material or non-metallic material, can be used under various weathers and climates, providing outdoor physical work environment and safety system for wireless telecom station or wired network station. Operators without permission are not allowed to get access to the cabinet.
The cabinet is suitable for outdoor environment, such as road side, park, building roof, mountain area, flat ground, etc. The cabinet can be installed with base station equipments, power supply equipments, batteries, temperature control equipments, transmission equipments and other equipments, or the cabinet can reserve installation space and heat exchange capacity for the above equipments, providing reliable mechanical and environmental protection for normal operation of the internal equipments.
ESTEL’s Energy Saving Integrated Cabinet provides complete solutions for outdoor working environment and safety management of telecom base station. As a base station, it can integrate the main equipments, system power supply, AC and DC power distribution, environment monitoring, batteries, lightning protection and grounding devices. As functional cabinet (battery cabinet, power supply cabinet, transmission cabinet etc.), it can help telecom carriers to realize easy station obtaining, energy saving, fast deployment.
The cabinet is weatherproof, such as sun-proof, dust-proof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.

The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
The cabinet includes grounding bar.
Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.
Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.
Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.

5.1 Components Installation
LED lamp, LED lamp sensor, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet. Environment monitoring unit and PDU are installed on 19” rack. Water sensor is installed at the bottom of the cabinet.Temperature and humidity sensor is installed at the side inside the cabinet. Air Conditioner and fans are installed on the door of the cabinet.
5. 2 Cable Inlet
Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.
5.3 Grounding Protection
(1)The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
(2)The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
(3) Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.
5.4 Door lock theft proof design
Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

5.5 Connection and Fastening
(1) Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
(2) Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
5.6 Appearance and Surface Treatment
Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
