IP55 Galvanized Steel Single Wall Outdoor Telecom Cabinet With Front Rear Access
The Telecom Cabinet is mainly used in communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.
2. Cabinet Introduction
2.1 Cabinet Applications
The cabinet is made of galvanized steel, single wall, thickness: 1.5mm, without thermal insulation.
2.2 Cabinet Structure
The cabinet includes 19” mounting rack from top to down, without battery tray.
2.3Cabinet Door and Lock
The cabinet includes one front door and one back door, totally two doors. The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is up to 120°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof four point lock, supporting padlock. Include keys for opening the door.
3. Cabinet Features
3.1 The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, used in outdoor environment.
3.2 The cabinet cooling uses fan.
3.3 Including two 48VDC illumination LED lamp, installed on cabinet top.
3.4 Including smoke detector and door switch.
3.5 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding.
There are cable inlets at the bottom of the cabinet.

4.1.1 Operating temperature: -40°C ~ + 55°C
4.1.2 Storage temperature: -50°C ~ + 70°C
4.1.3 Transport temperature: -50°C ~ + 70°C
4.1.4 Relative humidity (RH): 5%~99%
4.1.5 Air pressure: 62kPa ~ 101kPa (similar to 0m ~ 5000m altitude)
4.2 Material: good quality galvanized steel
4.3 Surface treatment: powder-coat paint, outdoor polyester light gray RAL 7035 coating
4.4 Ingress protection: IP55
4.5 Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
4.6 Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is
not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
4.7 Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not
lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.
5. Cabinet Leading Time
Usually about 10-15 days. The exact lead time need to be confirmed according to the quantity of order.
