4. Cabinet Structure

4.1 General Structure 

(1) Cabinet External Dimension: 1000*1500*2000mm(D*W*H);

   Height of cabinet base: 200mm;

   Height of top cover: 150mm

   Material: cold rolled steel, outdoor power coat 

(2) The cabinet is splicing type cabinet, with two front doors, one left compartment and  one right compartment.

(3) For each compartment, there are 19” rack and 35U space for installing equipments.

4.3 Door and Door Limit

(1) Cabinet door options: vertical hinge door, horizontal hinge door. 

(2) The door limit device can limit the door position when it is open. 

(3) The door limit function is automatically activated when the door is open, and should be canceled manually when the door is closed.

(4) When the door is fully opened, the largest open angle is larger than 95°. If it is horizontal hinge door, it can prevent outside water from flowing into the equipment compartment from the upper side. The bottom edge of the door limit device is higher than the hinge level, which can offer enough operating space.    

(5) After 1000 times open and close operation, the door and door device will have good function and have no excessive wear and tear.

(6) At the door limit status, the door limit device can bear the static load by door opening and closing at 22m/s wind, without mechanical failure and function failure.  

4.4 Ventilation and Filter

(1) At the air inlet of the vent, it is welded with 1mm thick and 16 mesh stainless steel mesh, preventing insects and rodent. At the inner side of the vent, it is 10mm thick and 30ppi dust filter. The filter mesh is folded together with the fold type support mesh, and the filter is fixed inside the aluminum frame. The whole dust filter is with modular design, easy for maintenance.

(2) It is anti-corrosion and water proof, and with the function of preventing rain from flowing into the structure for the second time. There are shutter which has 35° angle with the cabinet vertical surface. Rain water will flow along the shutter. In addition, the structure design at the vent can prevent rain for the second time.

4.5  Grounding

The cabinet include grounding copper bar, 4mm thick, with 10×M6 flare-in nuts, 2×M8 flare-in nuts, 2×M10 flare-in nuts. The grounding bar is nickel plated. The screw is made from copper bar and with passivation surface treatment.

4.7 Appearance and Surface Treatment 

Outdoor powder coat, with gray color. The coat is anti-shock, anti-aging, anti-solvent, anti-low temperature.
