The outdoor thermostatic battery cabinet is designed to separate the battery working environment in base stations, and to create an individual thermostatic environment for batteries so as to increase the working temperature inside the base station, which is aimed at reducing power consumption and saving cost.
The outdoor battery cabinet is made up of three parts: the thermostatic cabinet, air conditioner, and controller. The thermostatic cabinet with the function of seal and insulation, which is used for installing batteries, has ventilation for exhausting hydrogen generated by batteries. The thermostatic cabinet can hold 24 2V batteries. The size can be custom made. The air conditioner uses compressor cooling to adjust temperature inside the cabinet. The controller individually controls the temperature of the battery cabinet, to make sure the thermostatic working environment for the batteries so as to ensure the service life of the batteries, and increase the temperature of main equipments and power equipments in the base station so as to reduce power consumption.
